To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days and provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return or exchange process. Eligible products may be replaced or refunded according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Products should be returned in their original condition where applicable.

Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted.
